At Rebel Stitch, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail. Our goal is to make sure your jacket or vest arrives safely and in great condition.

Order Preparation Time

After your order is placed, we begin preparing your Rebel Stitch jacket or vest. Since each piece is handled individually, preparation time can vary depending on current order volume.

Our usual preparation time is 8–9 business days.

During busy periods, preparation may take slightly longer. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you by email with an update.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been prepared and packaged, shipping usually takes around 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to your delivery address, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or higher order volume.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after it is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rebel Stitch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Rebel Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays after the order has been shipped, but we will always try to help you resolve the issue.
